Larry's Community Futures clients and projects receive well thought out planning, execution and management in a highly collaborative, effective and entrepreneurial manner.
Ali is a client-centred and collaborative professional with a passion for entrepreneurship and the role it plays in individual and community well-being. She has been with CFDCCO since 2015 and manages the Self Employment Program, offering client support, business counseling, facilitation, and management of entrepreneurship programs. Ali is a graduate of UBCO with a bachelor’s degree in sociology, and also holds a certificate in Community Economic Development from SFU. Ali has over a decade of experience working in administrative and marketing roles in the Central Okanagan’s real estate industry. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs with first-hand experience in family-owned businesses and self-employment, adding to the client-centred approach in her work.
Cheryl is a business advisor and facilitator for CFDCCO. As the lead for CFDCCO loans department, Cheryl can assist businesses at all stages with business planning, financing, training and counseling. Cheryl has a extensive retail management experience and has delivered customized training and consulting services with a specialty in strategic planning and management practices. She has worked with private enterprises, educational and not for profit organizations throughout the Okanagan Valley.
Andrew Gregson is a contract Business Advisor for CFDCCO. Andrew is an experienced entrepreneur with over 20 years in finance, turnarounds and business financing.
Jo is a Okanagan College business program graduate who possesses a strong background in accounting, financial analysis and business systems development. Jo provides valuable administrative support and development of the growing CFDCCO loan and investment portfolio.
